through Dancin’ David Levesque

September 2008

Did you know

We have something in tow?

The next generation is on its way

have you thought of them today?

They want to be happy healthy and strong

with dreams of lives lived long

Are we doing them justice

or just thinking of just us?

Are we making way for them

or making mayhem?

The earth is strong and mighty

but we are not keeping it tighty

Our children are saying whoa

remember, we have something in tow.

Away

through Dancin’ David
November 2008

Just yesterday in a town very very close to here.
We all sat around drinking our beer.
Then we said, let’s get rid of our waste and send it away
but we learned, our neighbors did not want it, today.
Smelly toxic and growing every minute.
Our waste was here and we were in it.
Why oh why couldn’t we just send it far far away?
What is their problem? We are willing to pay!
Then nature stepped in and said, follow me, to sustainability.
What you call waste is actually food.
I can help and put you in a good mood.
When you design your day in a natural way,
You won’t need to worry about, sending your waste far far away.
